
BRC食品标准是英国零售商联盟(British Retail Consortium)针对食品供应商的审核标准,BRC-FOOD已于08年1月推出最新版本(第五版),2008年7月1日开始实施。此标准已成为目前国际上广泛认可的企业技术实力和优质产品的象征,帮助生产商、批发商和零售商履行法律责任,为消费者提供安全保障。
举办此次BRC培训的为NBC(英国大不列颠认证集团)。NBC是英国食品安全管理领域最大的专业化组织,在英国有500多名员工,300多人是科学家,在全球有5000多员工,为英国零售商协会(BRC)提供专业的评估意见,是BRC 知名认证机构,在欧洲零售商中有良好的口碑。
届时有BRC注册培训师、NBC技术总监Ms.Harriet为您讲解标准要求(英文授课,配有专业中文翻译),提供国际最前沿的食品安全课程。此次课程内容包括外审员和内审员培训两部分。

Personal Profile
Harriet has worked in the food industry since 1988, following the completion
of her BSc and
MSc Degrees in Food Technology and Food Microbiology respectively, from
Reading
University.
She has since worked as a Microbiologiste and Food Technologist at. British
Sugar plc, the
ABF Group and Tesco Stores Ltd.
From 1993 until 1996, she worked with focus groups set up by DEFRA in the
UK to review
the microbiological safety of foods sold to the general public.
Harriet has worked certification since leaving Tesco Stores Ltd in 1996,
working with EFSIS as
Operations Manager, Weston Research Laboratories as Head of Food Safety
and presently
works with National Britannia where she has been over the past 5 years,
currently Technical
Director of the Certification Division.
