And which kind of water is the best choise? Human body metabolizes in the night, and the internal trash needs a external power to discharge.  Cold water without any sugar and nutrient substance is the best! If you drink the water with sugar or nutrient substance, it needs time to transform in your body. So, drinking a cup of water in the morning is a good way to excrete toxins.

    Cold: to drink more water than you do usually

    胃疼:经常喝点粥

    有胃病的人,或者感到胃不舒服,可以采取喝粥的“水养护”措施。熬粥的温度要超过60℃,这个温度会产生一种糊化作用,软嫩热腾的稀饭入口即化,下肚后非常容易消化,很适合肠胃不适的人食用。稀饭中含有的大量水分,还能有效地润滑肠道,荡涤肠胃中的有害物质,并顺利地把它们带出体外。

    便秘:大口大口地喝水

    便秘的成因简单地讲有两条:一个是体内有宿便,缺乏水分,二是肠道等器官没有了排泄力。前者需要查清病因,日常多饮水。后者需要大口大口地喝水,吞咽动作快一些,这样水就能够尽快地到达结肠,刺激肠蠕动,促进排便。记住,不要小口小口地喝,那样水流速度慢,水很容易在胃里被吸收,产生小便。

    恶心:用盐水催吐

    出现恶心的情况很复杂。有时候是对于吃了不良食物的一种保护性反应,遇到这样的情况,不要害怕呕吐,因为吐出脏东西可以让身体舒服很多。如果感到特别难以吐出,可以利用淡盐水催吐,准备一杯淡盐水放在手边,喝上几大口,促使污物吐出。吐干净以后,可以用盐水漱口,起到简单地消炎作用。另外,治疗严重呕吐后的脱水,淡盐水也是很好的补充液,可以缓解患者虚弱的状态。

    肥胖:餐后半小时喝一些水

    有些人有着这样的谬论,不喝水可以减肥!现在医学专家可以明确地告诉你:这是一个错误的做法。想减轻体重,又不喝足够的水,身体的脂肪不能代谢,体重反而增加。体内的很多化学反应都是以水为介质进行的。身体的消化功能、内分泌功能都需要水,代谢产物中的毒性物质要靠水来消除,适当饮水可避免肠胃功能紊乱。你可以在用餐半小时后,喝一些水,加强身体的消化功能,助你维持身材。

    失眠:热水的按摩作用是强效的安神剂

    人体逐渐进入梦寐的状态是体温下降的一个过程。而适宜人体睡眠的环境要求中,温暖的环境必不可少。睡前洗个热水澡和用热水泡脚一样,都可以给人温暖的外环境,弥补体温下降带来的不适,催人入眠。而值得一提的是:水对于身体有着独特的按摩功效,轻缓、柔和、滋润的效果是最好的镇静安神剂。

    烦躁:多多喝水

    人的精神状态如果和生理机能相联系,有一种物质是联系二者的枢纽,那就是激素。简单地讲,激素也分成两种:一种产生快感、一种产生痛苦。大脑制造出来的内啡肽被称为“快活荷尔蒙”,而肾上腺素通常被称为“痛苦荷尔蒙”。当一个人痛苦烦躁时,肾上腺素就会飙升,但它如同其他毒物一样也可以排出体外,方法之一就是多喝水。如果辅助体力劳动,肾上腺素会同汗水一起排出。或者大哭一场,肾上腺素也会同泪水排出。

    心脏病:睡前一杯水

    如果你心脏不好,可以养成睡前一杯水的习惯,这样可以预防容易发生在凌晨的,像心绞痛、心肌梗塞这样的疾病。心肌梗塞等疾病是由于血液的黏稠度高而引起的。当人熟睡时,由于出汗,身体内的水分丢失,造成血液中的水分减少,血液的黏稠度会变得很高。但是,如果在睡前喝上一杯水的话,可以减低血液的黏稠度,减少心脏病突发的危险。因此睡前的一杯水,可是一杯救命水呀。
