中国4月份贸易顺差将近170亿 (China's April Trade Surplus Nearly $17 Billion)

中国政府公布的贸易数据显示，在经历了前一个月的大幅回落后，4月份的贸易顺差增加了一倍以上。中国海关总署星期五宣布，4月份的贸易顺差从3月份的不足 70亿美元上升到将近170亿美元。3月份的贸易顺差远远低于原先预测的200亿美元，一些分析人士说，贸易顺差降低是由一些短期因素造成的。中国2月份的贸易顺差高达近240亿美元，是贸易顺差第二高的记录。

北京表示，从去年4月到今年4月期间，出口增长将近27%，而进口增长了21%以上。在华盛顿，美国国会议员和其他政府官员指责中国压低人民币币值，使得中国出口产品处于不公平的价格优势。

China's government has released figures showing its monthly trade surplus more than doubled in April after a big slump the previous month. The General Administration of Customs said Friday that the monthly trade surplus rose to nearly 17 billion dollars in April, from just under seven billion dollars in March. The surplus in March was well below forecasts of up to 20 billion dollars, but analysts had said the decline was due to temporary factors. February's trade surplus of nearly 24 billion dollars was the second-highest on record.

Beijing says exports between April of last year and this year rose nearly 27 percent, while imports rose over 21 percent. In Washington, members of Congress and others in government accuse China of holding down the value of the yuan to give Chinese exports an unfair price advantage.
