XU Jie is currently serving as Food Safety Director for Danone Greater China.
XU Jie joined Shanghai DANONE Yogurt Co., Ltd in 1999 as Manufacturing Supervisor before he was promoted to Quality and Safety Manager in 2000. After five years, he was transferred in 2005 to Bright Dairy & Food. Co. Ltd, which was at that time DANONE’s business partner and took the place of National Quality Assurance Manager until 2006, when he was transferred back to DANONE Asia Pacific Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd and took the place of Dairy Quality and Food Safety Manager for the MENGNIU Dairy & DANONE Joint venture. From 2007 to 2008, he worked as Dairy Quality Manager and Industrial Project Manager. In July 2008 he joined DANONE Dairy China and took the place of Quality & Food Safety Director and at the same time as Regulatory & Government Affairs Director.
Before his current role as Food Safety Director for Danone Greater China, he took the position of Quality and Product Management Director & R+D advisor in September 2013 for MENGNIU-DANONE Fresh Dairy Business, which is a strategic dairy JV of Group DANONE in China before his current role as Food Safety Director for Danone Greater China.

徐杰先生现任达能大中国区食品安全总监。
徐杰先生于1999年加入上海达能酸乳酪有限公司,他担任制造主管直至2000年被提升为质量与安全经理。2005年他被派至达能集团的业务合作伙伴--光明乳业有限公司担任全国质量保证经理。2006年他加入达能亚太管理(上海)有限公司担任乳品质量和食品安全经理,为蒙牛乳业和达能合资公司服务。自2007年至2008年,他担任乳品质量经理和工业项目经理。2008年7月他加入达能乳品(中国)担任质量与食品安全总监,并同时兼任法规与政府事务总监。
在现任达能大中国区食品安全总监前,自2013年9月起,徐杰先生为达能集团在中国的乳品战略合资公司:蒙牛-达能鲜乳制品业务服务,担任质量和产品管理总监和研发指导。
