关于蒸包垫若干疑问系统解答Frequently Asked Questions：

     蒸包垫所使用的温度范围在零下75度至零上18 0度（醒发、速冻环境下使用）；蒸包垫的老化周期在室温保存下可超过10年。

     传统蒸包时，盘子底部需刷油及放垫纸，使用该包垫可不刷油及放垫纸，更重要的是蒸出来包的底部不会发硬，柔软舒口。 

       This mesh is different from traditional steamed mesh. Traditional steamed mesh should need to brush oil and put the paper,but ourDim Sum mesh do not need them.And the most important point is the bottom of Dim Sum would not harden and delicious.
