平静呼吸（normal respiration，eupnea）

  机体处于安静状态时平静而顺利的呼吸动作。吸气动作是膈肌和肋间外肌收缩引起的主动运动。呼气无呼气肌的收缩，只是吸气肌的舒张，膈肌和胸壁回位，因而是被动的呼气。
